Our active employment department deals with all aspects of this ever changing area of law. We act for both employers and employees.

To the Employer

We are here to try and stop claims happening in the first place. We can draft contracts and service agreements at the outset to avoid problems later on. We can advise on redundancies, calculate payments and draft compromise agreements. We can offer advice over disciplinary matters and procedures.

Often a little advice early on can prevent a successful claim; however, should a claim be made we have wide experience of the employment procedure.
